Anu Ilangeswaran deserves the Learning & Mentorship Champion Award for her 15 years of meaningful community involvement through the art of dance. As Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Starz Dance Academy, she has dedicated herself to helping children, youth, and adults develop valuable skills, confidence, discipline, creativity, and self-expression.

Anu understands that dance is more than performance. It is a tool for personal growth, connection, and empowerment. Through her artistic direction, instruction, choreography, and mentorship, she creates an environment where individuals feel encouraged to challenge themselves, discover their abilities, and take pride in their progress. Her work helps participants build the confidence to perform, lead, collaborate, and carry those skills into other parts of their lives.
